Year in the Life Mentor Carol Sanford to Visit First Green Bank
On January 27, 2016, regenerative design author and educator Carol Sanford visited First Green Bank in person as a “Year in the Life” Mentor. She has been consulting for over 30 years to entrepreneurs and executives in a diversity of businesses—from Google and Seventh Generation to Colgate and Dupont—calling on them to tap into what makes them unique to guide the regenerative growth of their businesses. She met with CEO Ken LaRoe and FGB staff members in January, inviting them to reflect on how they, too, can express their essence as they seek to do regenerative work in the world.
Earlier, at a “taster” lunch and learn webinar on December 1, Carol met virtually with First Green Bank staff for a lively discussion about what it takes to be a “Regenerative Human.” Ken was so enthusiastic about their session that he shared Carol’s book The Responsible Business with the Central Florida community (see the FGB signboard below).

We also better understood the role the bank might play in supporting that regenerative process. READ MORE
